Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with The Analog Collective, operated by Analog Collective LLC. We aim to process and ship your orders as efficiently and transparently as possible. This shipping policy explains our available shipping service, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping restrictions, and order tracking information.
1. Shipping Rates & Costs
We currently offer Economy Shipping for orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
For orders containing a single item, we typically charge a $7.25 flat shipping fee.
For orders containing two or more items, shipping is free.
Shipping rates and promotions may be subject to change. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are generally processed within 2 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing on the following business day.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment. It does not include the carrier transit time described below.
Business days do not include weekends.
3. Transit Time & Estimated Delivery
We currently use Economy Shipping for all orders to help keep shipping costs low for our customers.
Once your package has been picked up by the carrier, the estimated transit time is: 5 to 8 business days
Based on the item's origin and the applicable processing and transit times, you can generally expect your order to arrive within: 7 to 12 business days from the date the order was placed.
These are estimated delivery timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the item's origin, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Where We Ship
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States.
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- International locations
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. An incorrect or incomplete address may affect delivery and could result in additional shipping arrangements or charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
Please allow approximately 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become available or update after the shipment notification has been sent.
If your tracking information has not been updated after this period, or if you have questions about the status of your shipment, please contact our customer service team.
6. Delivery Delays
While we work to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated above, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur because of carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances that may affect transportation after an order has been shipped.
If your order appears to be delayed, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email first. You may also contact us if you need assistance.
