Return Window
You have 21 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items received after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition that you received them (unworn/unused).

Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us via email at customerservice@theanalogcollective.us. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
